IC Diversity Scholarship Program
We believe the coaching community should include representatives from diverse cultures, ethnicities, faiths, and gender identities to effectively support historically underserved populations and promote a just, fair, and equitable world.
We are committed to making education for coaches more accessible to BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and other underrepresented communities.
To that end, we offer limited diversity scholarships to attend our training, both online and in-person. We seek diverse individuals and leaders who have received prior training in motivational interviewing but lack the resources to access superior coach training and certification.

You may apply for the scholarship by completing and submitting the application form here.

Your IC Diversity Scholarship application must include your name, contact information, demographic information, employer, and a brief statement of need explaining why you require financial assistance to attend our training.

The IC Diversity Scholarship can be applied to online courses, in-person training, and coaching. Complete the scholarship application form available here to be considered.

The IC Diversity Scholarship is available on a rolling basis throughout the year, and we encourage interested candidates to apply as soon as possible.

If you are selected for the scholarship, you will be notified by email, and the scholarship will be applied to your online courses, training dates, or coaching contract.
